Si, soudainement, plus ou moins d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 que pr\u00e9vu entre dans le r\u00e9seau, Elia intervient. Au pr\u00e9alable, elles doivent d\u00e9montrer que leurs syst\u00e8mes peuvent r\u00e9agir suffisamment rapidement pour contribuer \u00e0 la stabilit\u00e9 du l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 jusqu'\u00e0 peu de temps avant l'heure de consommation, si les estimations changent.<\/li>\n<li>Le march\u00e9 d'\u00e9quilibrage y contribue : il garantit que la production et la consommation d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 sont parfaitement \u00e9quilibr\u00e9es \u00e0 tout moment de la journ\u00e9e, en temps
